FWD warning light

I just bought a 95 subaru legacy L with 155,000 miles. I think the dealer said 2.2 liter engine. The FWD light is on all the time, but I don't have a manual and have no idea what it means. The car is an all-wheel drive. I've looked around on the internet but can't find any reference to this light.

Ah, I think the fuse for FWD is in. Look inside of the engine and there should be a box with "FWD" on it. Open it and remove the fuse that is in it. You put the fuse in when you need to tow it.
