Hi there, I have a 94 subaru legacy its a BG% and the engine EJ2ott, I had blown headgaskets, and a cracked passengers side head which have replaced. We put everything back together and tried bleeding the cooling system, found out we had a toltally blocked radiator, we have replaced radiator and we have tried bleeding cooling system again for about 2.5hours with heater set on max temp using radiator bleed valve, but we are still getting persistant bubbles popping up through bleed valves and radiator filler. Is it likely to be a cracked head or are we not bleeding it properly?

There is a dye that you can buy at the parts store that will change colors when exhaust gases are detected. Just add it to the cooling system and run it.
If the head or gasket is leaking it can push exhaust gases into the cooling system. Should have have a machine shop check it for cracks and pressure as well as shave it before re-installing. The head may be warped. Torque procedures are critical on heads.
