CAR WONT START AFTER REPLACING CLUTCH CABLE

After replacing the clutch cable my cylanoid is not engaging the starter.It is 93 Subaru Legacy Sedan AWD.Any help is aprriciated.Thanks Roy

Check neutral safety switch, probably unplugged or misalinged.
