1993 Subaru Other Repair Question

93 subaru impreza 5 sp I have a grinding sound
I have a 93 impreza with a 1.8 litter engine 2wd wagon when I start my car and release my cluth it has a grinding sound in nuetral then when I drive it it also has that sound and is hard to shift also forth gear pops out. do I need a new clutch.
