1999 Subaru Liberty 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 100080 miles
Hi
I recently changed the power steering pump on my Subaru and now the power light is flashing continuously. Starting the car from a stopped position it is slow to respond and on the highway will not change out of third gear. There was no gearbox issues before the power steering pump was changed and the new pump has been properly installed and is working fine. Can you please tell me what is wrong with the car?
