1995 Subaru Liberty water in the spark plug cavities

1995 Subaru Liberty 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual
heyy,
whenever the engine gets wet, weather it be rain or water over the engine somehow, water seems to get past the spark plug wires and caps and sits in the cavity section there making the car splutter and cough until i can get home and blow the water out and spray water displacer in there. have you got any ideas about how i can seal up the caps to stop the water getting in there so i can finally drive in the rain.
