Electrical problem
1992 Subaru Liberty 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 277000 miles

Hi am wondering what the ball park cost of getting this done with a auto electrician would be. i don't want to be ripped off. ( no1 does?)

When ever I brake the left rear indicator jamms on without flashing it both lights up on the dash and illuminates the actual light, it remains constantly on even when I have indicated to turn left.( as in does not flash)

additionally the horn is not working I bought the car with a modified sports steering wheel so I'm guessing it's just not been hooked up correctly?

Any advise & what should I pay to have this repaired?
