Electrical problem
1983 Subaru Liberty 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car keeps blowing ignition fuses every time i start it.The fuses are 15 amp.I know this is dangerous but i wrapped foil around the fuse to get it home.Any respopnse would be much appreciated.My car is a subaru leonne not a liberty thet didn't have my cars make on the drop down screen.
