2000 Subaru Legacy Clutch

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2000 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 110ooo miles

After changing clutch pressure plate, disk. throw-out bearing, pilot bearging and cluctch slave cylinder I no londer have the shudder I used to have but I still have to get the pedal all the way to the floor - firmly so - to get in gear or shift. Verty little free play at top. Just right I think. Bled it pretty carefully ( I have owned and hydraulinc clutches forever and perhaps changed out 40 or 50 in British cars over time. This is our 2nd manual equipted Subaru. Actually it was the nearly full on the fllor release that prompted the repair although the shudder made it clear I needed to. I am at the Duh stage.

Maybe worn clutch fork and/or worn pivot fulcrum.
Should not need so much matting as disc wears
