1999 Subaru Legacy Vibration when accelerating

1999 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles
Hi,
My car vibrates when accelerating. After the speed goes up, it runs quite smoothly. I replaced fuel filter, and brand new ngk spark plug. Also I did clean the throttle body and EGR valve. But the problem is still there. Anyone who has any idea? I appreciate it.
