Brakes problem
1999 Subaru Legacy Four Wheel Drive Manual

Hi
Does anybody know what the problem is with my brakes,
My front passenger and back right passenger are seizing, after a while they unzeize, this is from cold and hot breaks.
there is nothing wrong with the callipers, if I release brake fluid from either caliper it releases the brakes
the other 2 calipers on the car are free constantly when brake pedal is released

its a subaru legacy estate 2.0 1999

any help would be great
thanks

Check the brake hose could be collapsed inside acting as one way check valve preventing the fluid to return back to the M/C.

DRAGGING BRAKES

May create a steering pull and/or increased fuel consumption. Caused by weak or broken retracting springs on drum brakes, a jammed or corroded caliper piston, a floating caliper with badly corroded mounting pins or bushings (uneven pad wear between the inner and outer pads is a clue here), overextended drum brake self-adjusters or a sticky or frozen emergency brake cable.
