1996 Subaru Legacy JERKING PROBLEM

hello sir,
i have a subaru legacy 1996..when ever i push the accelerator my car my car jerks....i have already changed the fuel filter,air filter..im reall fed up of this problem...i will be glad if u help me..

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

thank you and my solution is solved i have changed fuel pump and now its not jerking but now sometimes when my car is stop it vibrates and the rpm needle goes up and down...and in the morning it takes time to start...please can u help me for this problem also???

Clean the idle air control valve and test the coolant temperature sensor and the throttle position sensor
