1995 Subaru Legacy Cranks but no start

No spark and no injector pulse. CSP sensor voltage OK. Timing belt OK. Any thoughts? Where is the main power relay and where is the computer?

The main relay is next to the cruise control unit.

The ecm is behind the glove:

Check the resistances for the cam and crank sensors:
