1985 Subaru GL Possible vacuum problem
Shakes or Wobbles problem
1985 Subaru GL 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 156000 miles
I bought a 1985 subaru gl for my daughter. On the way home it began to jerk and hesitate like it was running out of gas. When I pulled over it reved up full throttle. My brother in law is a mechanic and said it sounded like a vacuum leak. Upon purchasing a book I discovered that the bowl vacuum valve or vacuum switching valve is broken and then a hose that runs from it to the relay was disconneted. I am having problems finding the parts. Any suggestions.
