2009 Subaru Forester Front doors window won't go up

2009 Subaru Forester All Wheel Drive Automatic 18000 miles
im having a problem with my front windows. When it is cold and/or wet, it won't go up. Also, when it is cold (31F) i wont open.
i stopped by dealer a month after i bought my new forester, but they just told me nothing was wrong.
they just put lube oil.
