Replace light bulb in headlights on dr

2007 Subaru Forester 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 35,000 miles
I have looked in the owners manual to see how to replace the bulb for the headlight, however, they didn't share that bit of information- they want you to go back to the dealership and charge you triple- does it just pop out like it looks?
