2001 Subaru Forester miss firing cylinders

2001 Subaru Forester 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic
the 1 & 3 cylinders are miss firing i sprayed water on the coil pack and there was some arching but i dont know if that means to change the wires or the coil pack?
