1999 Subaru Forester 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

looks like I have two catalytic converters do I need both?

I don't recommend it if the car's gonna be used for daily driving, and also remember emissions check when inspecting the car for driving permit. However if the car will be used for off road and non-street driving there's no need for neither as it will hinder some horse power.

Remember:
Street Legal / Catalytic Converter, yes
Off Road / Off with it :D
