Stumbles on fast (hard) acceleration but runs OK on normal acceleration

Engine runs fine but will stumble if you give it gas to fast. Have checked following parts/systems fuel & air filters, fuel pressure, TPS, MAP. Vacuum leaks. O2, EGR, Temp sensor, Etc.

Last tune up was done a month ago. Found a problem with the throttle body at that time (hole in fuel return port cap)which allowed pressure to by pass regulator. I repaired problem and now have pressure on rail.

Have you checked back pressure from the catalytic converter?

Converter was replaced about 3 years ago. I will check as soon as I get home next week.
