starter will not turn over, all lights work, I've tried jump starting, cleaning battery terminals & cables, still nothing. my wife did say she heard a clicking noise when she tried to start it, I'm getting nothing. I can hear a light buzzing sound when I turn the key but it's very faint & sounds like it's coming from the dash or firewall.

Check for 12v at the small solenoid wire at the starter if you have that with the key on crank and 12v at the main starter cable, with not crank happening, the starter will be faulty.
