The signal lights and daytime running lights do not work, however the hazard lights do. The fuses are good, so is the relay. A few weeks ago the signals would not flash properly, sometimes fast, sometimes slow and the relay would make a flickering noise, like a bad connection, will it be the switch itself, or possibly something else?

So, why do you assume the flasher is good?

I have swapped all the relays around (there are 3 in the glove box) and they all work when swapped to the horn. Also, when I unplug and replug the fuse, I hear a click in the relay.

None of those relays have anything to do with the turn signal or the DRLs.
The turn signal flasher is in the power distribution box under the dash on the driver's side.
