could you please help me on what these codes mean?

The first two codes aren't codes they need a letter in front and are 4 numbers. The 147 code is for O2 sensor on bank 1 sensor3 which is behind the catalytic converter. Could be a sensor wire check fuses underhood first as it can be a blown fuse as well.
