Tapping in engine
Engine Mechanical problem

hear a lite tapping when car is at 3000 rpms. engine light is not on.

Have codes read at most autoparts stores for free, post codes in this thread.
The tapping is usually a lifter, but Toyota uses an adjustment shim.
If shim has excessive clearence, I would be concerned about an oil problem.
These shims are designed to last life of car.
