I have a 1998 Saturn SW1 and I went to get a smog check the other day and it didn't pass. The reading for the emissions test in the section NO (PPM) at 15 mph was:
MAX 477 AVE 57 MEAS 609= FAIL
Could you tell me what that means and how what I need to do to fix it so it will pass smog? Thank you!
