1993 Saturn SW1 Wont start alarm is going off

For some reason an alarm is going off when i put the key in the ignition and the car will not even start. I didnt even know that the car had an alarm.

93's dont have factory alarms the alarm ur hearing is it a ding ding or a loud siren?
