Electrical problem
1993 Saturn SW1 4 cyl Automatic 170,00 miles
When i try to start the car and turn the key, the only thing that happens is the horn blows. I can only get the car started after repeatedly turning the key on and running the gear shift thru every gear at the same time. It takes many tries for start and the neighbors are ready to shoot me as the horn keeps
honking all the while. Please help.

Hello –
Try removing your horn relay and replacing it with a like relay and see if the problem is still there.
