2001 Saturn SC2 overflow tank hose where it connects to int

2001 Saturn SC2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 100000 miles
Is there a way to fix or attach the hose if the plastic tube that is part of the intake manifold has broken off and only about an inch is left ? I'm glad I went to another site instead of paying for an answer here. I would still be waiting to fix my car. I want to thank you all for your prompt responses. I know where to go next time I have a question.
