1996 Saturn SC2 Idles over 4000 RPMs

When I start my 96 Saturn SC2 it's like I have my gas pedal floored. Did it once a few week's ago, but tried to start it yesterday and now it's screaming all the time. Throttle not stuck. Car can't be driven. Please help. Thank's

You have a stuck idle air control valve or a big vacuum leak. Try this take the air intake off the throttle body start the car up let it idle up real high then take a rag and cover up the throttle body opening with it if it idle's down you need to check the idle air control valve. If it doesn't lower the rpm way down then you have a vacuum leak. Let me know what you find.
