what does code 83 mean when you hook a dignostics meter to the car and code 83 comes up on the meter. what does that mean?

code 83 is for low coolant when ur car is cold go check the coolant in ur coolant bottle it should be up to the seam of ur coolant bottle.if it isnt top it off and let me know how much u had to add.when its low theres also a low coolant ligh on the dash.let me know what u found.
