1993 Saturn SC2 Backup bulb replacement

How do I replace the backup/reverse bulb? From underneath the car, I found the socket assembly inside the bumber area, but I could not turn the socket at all. Could you provide me with any further instructions?

It's been a really long time since I have change those but isn't there screws in the lense holding it on..?I know the blubs twist in the socket.if I remember correctly there's screws holding the lense on then once u take that off u can get to the blub.let me know what u find.
