So here's the situation. The Saturn died yesterday. We took the battery to Auto Zone, they tested it, informed us that it was dead & sold us a new one. Once the new one was installed ... the car will still not turn over.

It is also noted that in addition to not starting, the electrical within the car itself: radio, power door locks, the ding indicator when the keys are in the ignition & the door is open are all also silent.

We have checked all of the fuses. They are good.

What would cause the ignition to fail along with the electrical components previously mentioned?

I would turn on the radio and up real loud then go down to your inside fuse box push on it move it around see if the radio comes.Also go to the back of the fuse box where the wires are and move those around.Let me know what you find.
