1993 Saturn SC1 Repair Question

1993 Saturn SC1 To much oil
Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Saturn SC1 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 190000 miles
When I had an oil change they over filled it by about
a quart and I drove it for about 3 weeks. My valve gasket started leaking and I had 2 spark plug chambers full of oil.How much further damage can there be?
