Possibly a bad relay, short or ground somewhere. That's my guess -op-

U stated possibly a bad relay, short, or ground. Are all these problems at the steering wheel? What would I look for to identify the relay? Short? Ground? Thanks for your help. I'm trying to fix it myself if it can be done or do I need to take to a repair shop.

Do any of the three (front, rear, and dash) lights light but not blink?

Oilpan is on the right track. No relay tho.

The grounds are at several locations. One for the flasher and one for each turn signal bulb socket. 6 in all.

I would think that you have a bad bulb socket. Swap them over to the left side one at a time to see if you can get the problem to move. If it does you now know.

Could also be the switch. But go with the bulb sockets first. They are cheap ($4.00) and available at any parts house.

Good hunting and let us know. :)
