My sister owns a 1993 Saturn SL2. She recently got in a car accident and was hit between the driver door and the back seat door. This was about a month ago. Now the driverside door seat-belt will not retract and is stuck in the open position. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe a fuse that is out? Or is there a way to pull the seat belt to the closed position and just leave it there?
