Is there flood damage?
Dear Bob and Ken
There was a heavy rain for about 2-3 hours and my car was parked at a low place-- a "bottleland" on the street. When I checked my car, the water was drained, but the seats and trunk were all wet. I could see the water line about 16 inches above ground left on the door. I could start the car and drove to a higher ground. Radio worked fine.
So how would I tell whether there was any flood damage?
Here is the info about the car:
Saturn ION, 2003, 35,000 miles, 2.2L engine, automatic
still under extended warranty and full coverage insurance.
