I have a 93 saturn sc2. The cooling fan does not come on. There is a new fan motor. the fuses are ok and the relay is fine they all have power. Need help!!!! Also when u turn on the a/c the fan does not engage & i dont even hear the a/c clutch making noise they all have power and they are all new
