Car shakes at high speed

First have the tires balanced and see if the problem goes away. This is the most likely cause and the cheapest to fix. The check engine light has nothing to do with the car shaking at high speeds but you have another problem. You will need to ascan tool to retrieve the code that is causing the check engine light from comimg on and then take it from there.
