Saturn SL1, 93-94, 230,000mi. 4cyl.

Tonight I went to drive my car when I noticed that it made a sound like I was peeling off, even though I was just pulling off. It felt like one of my tires wasn't moving.
My fiancee came out and watched me pull off again confirming that the back psngr tire wasn't moving at all; instead dragging along while the others moved.
On the way to work, it would feel like that for a second, then stop.
Also, my brakes take me pressing them to the floor, then pressing again to get the car to stop.
I have no idea what's going on.
