How complicated is changing the serpentine belt and does it require any special tools?

There are several different types of Saturn models. This is for an SC1.
REMOVAL
1.Using suitable wrench, depress tensioner arm
2.Remove belt from A/C compressor and idler pulley, then remove belt.
INSTALLATION
1.Route belt over all pulleys, except front cover idler or A/C compressor.
2.Using suitable wrench, depress tensioner arm.
3.Install belt to idler pulley and A/C compressor.
4.Tighten idler pulley to specifications. (50-65 lbs new/ 45 lbs used)
