Okay, so I just bought this car a couple of weeks ago from a little old lady and about a week after the purchase the service engine soon light came on. We stopped the car and checked the engine, just adjusted some things and made sure they were tight, started it back up and it was fine. About another week after that and it's acting up again, doing the same thing. It usually begins when I get on the 65 mph highway. Any suggestions? It's sort of getting up there in miles, could it just be an age/computer problem? It also makes some loud crank noise when it idled (but that only happened once that I noticed). Would this be a serious problem that would be worth getting looked into? I only spent a couple grand on the car so I don't really want to put much into it if I don't have to... please help!
