Car doesn't want to go, has very little power. Doesn't feel like it is switching gears.

I need a little more detail then just Car doesn't want to go, has very little power. Doesn't feel like it is switching gears.Do you have any code's is it missing or just a lack of power etc.Does it shift hard?
