1993 Saturn Other Repair Question

1993 Other Saturn Models ABS not working correctly
Brakes problem
1993 Other Saturn Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 66,000 miles
My 1993 Saturn SL2 has been having come and go problem for the last month. After starting the car and putting it in drive it will do its ABS system check. During this check the ABS and Brake lights come on and stay on. Also the brake pedal has more give to it and is not as firm. The car still stops but not like it should. But sometimes the lights will not come on and the pedal is fine and everything is normal. It has had new rotors and pads all on all 4 wheels 3 months ago. Brakes have been bleed on all four. Fluid level in master cylinder fine no leaks. So what would cause this come and go problem? I have heard something about a speed sensor mabye.
