2002 Saturn L300 rear motor mount

2002 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 134000 miles
when my vehical shifts it jerks real hard when it is changing gears i pretty sure it is the rear motor mount but what i am wondering is what the price should be around, as well as service engine soon light is on to. My traction light has also went off. I am curious to why.
