Brakes problem
2002 Saturn L300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 66,00 miles

I had front & rear brakes put on car 1 year ago - lately - there is a squealing
noise as I drive - but if I touch the brake
pedal it stops but then starts up again -
I can't afford to pay again but the noise
is very annoying--thanks for any advise.
