2002 Saturn L300 Engine stalls or won't start

2002 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Had the oil changed 2 days ago and the oil light is on. But the engine was stalling (like not getting gas) but now the engine won't start. The engine light is on.
Had an emissions test last week.
