2001 Saturn L300 What else to replace

Engine Cooling problem
2001 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100150 miles

My water pump just went out on my 01 Saturn L300 and I'm getting it replaced today. The last time I got my oil changed, the guys told me that my serpentine belt was cracking and I should replace it. Well, I'm going to get that done along with the water pump today, but I don't know what else I should get replaced while they're in there as deep as this work takes them into the car. What else should I have done to reduce later labor costs and what else should I have done in regards to the water pump replacement... thermostat, radiator flush or anything else to ensure that this water pump doesn't fail in less than 2 years as the last one did?

Thanks,
