No heat
Engine Cooling problem
2001 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 72000 miles
Just replaced the engine with a fresh 40,000 miles used one. Engine runs fine and car operates fine, there is no heat, heater hoses are cold. Bypassed the heater control valve, still the hoses are cold. Is there a procedure to burp this cooling system? Am I missing something? Engine runs at normal operating temp according to the in dash gauge.
Thanks!

You can try bleeding coolant system. If it doesn't help may have to remove and test thermostat.
