2001 Saturn L300 fuel gauge
Interior problem
2001 Saturn L300 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 104000 miles
Recently purcahsed car - had this probelm...
Fuel gauge on empty when tank is full.
Took to shop and PCM reads sender accurately. PCM also sweeps fuel gauge okay. Connected to BCM at shop and the gauge suddenly worked fine. Stopped working (stayed on E) the next day after starting the car.
Disconnected car battery for 30 seconds and reconnected. Gas gauge worked fine the next time started. Every time thereafter the gas gauge stays on empty.

Air conditioner wasn't working - tooke car to dealer. Diagnosed as bad BCM. replaced BCM for $500. Gas gauge and A/C both now work
