Saturn L300 Fuel pressure Problem

2001 Saturn L300 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
car will not start. no fuel pressure at injectors. change fuel pump, checked fuses and relays. tried to get codes with scanner but would not link up. jumped fuel relay in fues box and got fuel pressure.
