Cooling fan quit working

Cooling fan quit working,relay replaced,fuses look good.what else can i do.

test fan motor with 12v direct power, if fan doesn't come on then it needs replaced, if it does come on this way then the engine coolant temp. sensor may need replaced or the PCM is at fault.
